School Program
Nicks Famous Bar-B-Q’s commodity business has served school districts throughout Tennessee & beyond for many years. We are proud to be part of the National School Lunch Program as well as the Pick Tennessee program. We offer three varieties of barbecue for the commodity program. Our barbecue is low in sodium, high in protein and unlike many other products doesn’t use artificial flavor, smoke or color. Nicks Famous Bar-B-Q is a healthy, tasty addition to any lunch program and something your students are sure to love.

Traditional Red Sauce BBQ
This is a tomato based, red sauce that has a bold & sweet flavor. This is a traditional, western styled barbecue.
Signature Sauce BBQ
This is our Signature, classic vinegar based sauce. This sauce pairs perfectly with the hickory smoked pulled pork. The sauce acts as a natural tenderizer adding a distinctive flavor to the barbecue.
Semi-Dry BBQ
This is made from our Signature, vinegar based sauce, just a lighter version. It’s perfect for those who enjoy less sauce in their barbecue and those that want to add their own sauce.
